december 20th , the annual founder's ball was a night of gowns, masks and dancing! this year's organizers out did themselves, because the entire palace was picture perfect. even the founders would have been proud with the formal event. the only problem? how are they going to top that for next year?

g e n e r a l ,
1. Obviously, the main rule is to follow the rules! If you have disregarded them on numerous occasions, you will receive a warning, and after that, if it continues, it is possible that you will be banned or even deleted, depending on how serious the situation is.
2. Everyone on this site deserves to be treated with respect. If you have a problem with another member on the site, please don't be rude and get in an arguement. Here, we try to be civil, so please PM an admin to notify your situation and let us handle it.
3. Do NOT steal anything from the site. That will only cause trouble. People work hard on their graphics and posts, so it would be rude of you to take it and use it on another site.
4. This is an advanced, literate rp site. So, if you have little experience in roleplaying, please take in careful consideration before joining.
5. You have to be accepted before beginning to rp on the site.
6. When you join, you should register in all lower case, with your first, middle and last name. Please do not put it any other way. This might change as we have updates on the site, depending on what suits the skin, site, etc. best.
7. Absolutely NO racism, hatred, or harassment against another person/character on the site. You will not have a warning on this. Any of these will result in immediate banning.
8. Only ONE character per account. This includes twins and other multiples. It is annoying and looks unappealing.
9. Do not spam anywhere on the site. This includes the c-box, pms, boards, etc. Just don't do it.
10. NOT EVERYONE WILL HAVE AN ULTRA-RARE ABILITY. This isn't a rule, exactly, just something you should note when making your character. If everyone had an extremely rare ability, they wouldn't be very rare, would they? The rarer abilities are usually for canons and important characters to the plot.
1. No god-modding. It's understandable that sometimes it is an accident, but try your hardest not to do it. This is only allowed if the other person lets you.
2. Remember that this site is rated MATURE for certain content that members should be aware of. So yes, pretty much everything is tolerated to an extent. Just know that you need to label your thread titles as a warning it it contains mature content.
[W] - stands for 'warning' in case there is some swearing or PG-13 stuff involved. [R] - anything that includes rated 'R' content such as violence or drinking. [M] - basically means that if you can't handle it, don't read it.
3. Please, don't make your character perfect. Everyone has flaws, so your character is no exception.
4. THIS IS AN ADVANCED-LITERATE SITE. This means that your posts must be at least 500 words. Truthfully, this isn't extremely difficult to do. But we highly advise any new roleplayers to think carefully before deciding to join. We aren't trying to be mean, but we want this site to be as advanced as possible.
5. TAG your threads. Please do not put "open" in your thread title. It looks much nicer at the top or bottom of your post to say something like "Tagged for ______" or something of the sort. If you want it open, just put "Tag - Open" instead.
6. All RPs must be in THIRD PERSON. This means that you should not put "I" or "me" in your posts, unless your quoting your characters thoughts. It's annoying, and nearly everyone post in third person.
1. Signatures cannot excede 450x350. This way it doesn't stretch the page. If it is larger than this, an admin will request that you replace it with another one of appropriate size.
2. Signatures with inappropriate images will be deleted without warning. Use your common sense to know what is and isn't allowed.
3. Avatars can be 100x100 or 100x150.
4. Please claim your celebrity. It would be pointless to claim one and not use it in a graphic. Make sure you at least have an avatar to show that you are using them.
5. Please read the graphic rules before requesting anything.
1. Please, don't advertise your site in the c-box. If you are caught, you will be banned. Let this be your only warning.
2. No fighting. If you do, there's always the option for us to just get rid of the c-box entirely. Which, we don't want to do, but we will if fighting continues. It's not fair to the other members of the site to be caught up in the midst of a raging war of words!
3. If you are waiting for someone to reply to a RP, don't bug them in the c-box telling them they need to post back. It's extremely annoying, so just do your best to be patient while waiting on them. Sometimes, members are busy in real life and can't reply immediately.
4. If you have any concerns, the c-box is not the place for you to put them. Kindly PM an admin or post in the questions and suggestions board. The c-box doesn't deserve to be filled with rude comments. What did it ever do to you?!
1. It's understandable that you will be inactive from time to time. However, there IS an absences board, so make sure to post there if you are leaving for a while.
2. Activity Checks will run every so often, just to keep an update of who is active and who's not. If you have not been active for what we deem fit, your character will be deleted. So, try to log in every once in a while even if you don't have time to do much.
3. If you make an account, please post somewhere. Many people make accounts and never log in again. Just make sure you're going to stay if you register. If you don't have at least one post within two weeks, you will be deleted. It is really not that hard to get posts -- there are plenty of boards you can post in. ALL ACCOUNTS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN APP ATTACHED TO THEM AFTER TWO WEEKS, WILL BE DELETED.
